CODE OF CONDUCT

Students are expected to follow instructor directions, participate respectfully, and help maintain a safe and positive learning environment. If a student repeatedly disrupts class, refuses to follow rules, or interferes with the learning environment, parents/guardians may be notified and appropriate disciplinary action may be taken, including temporary removal from class or dismissal from the program if necessary.

모든 학생은 선생님의 지시를 따르고, 서로를 존중하며, 안전하고 긍정적인 수업 환경을 함께 유지해야 합니다. 학생이 반복적으로 수업을 방해하거나 규칙을 따르지 않거나 학습 환경을 해치는 경우, 학부모 또는 보호자에게 안내되며 필요 시 일시적 수업 참여 제한 또는 프로그램 제명 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다.

ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Class space is limited and reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. For reserved classes, payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the payment notice. Unpaid reservations may be canceled without further notice.
For weekly programs, enrollment is required for the full 8-week term. Tuition is divided into two 4-week payments, and the second payment will be invoiced separately.

모든 수업은 정원이 제한되어 있으며 선착순으로 예약이 진행됩니다. 결제가 완료되어야 등록이 확정됩니다. 예약 후 결제 안내를 받으신 시점부터 48시간 이내에 결제가 완료되어야 하며, 미결제 예약은 별도 안내 없이 취소될 수 있습니다.
주간 프로그램은 8주 전체 등록이 필수이며, 수업료는 4주 단위로 두 번 나누어 청구됩니다. 두 번째 결제는 별도로 인보이스가 발송됩니다.

TUITION & REFUND POLICY

Tuition varies by class type and will be charged according to the published rate at the time of registration. Tuition is generally non-refundable once registration is confirmed. If a class is canceled by the studio, a refund or credit will be issued for the canceled class only. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

수업료는 수업 종류에 따라 다르며, 등록 시 안내된 금액이 적용됩니다. 등록이 확정된 수업료는 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 다만, 학원 사정으로 수업이 취소되는 경우 해당 수업에 대해서만 환불 또는 크레딧이 제공됩니다. 반환 수표에는 건당 $30의 수수료가 부과됩니다.

SCHEDULE CHANGES & MAKE-UP POLICY

Class schedules may be adjusted when necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance. Summer programs are short-term sessions. Make-up classes are limited to a maximum of 2 sessions and are only available upon advance request and subject to scheduling availability.

필요한 경우 수업 일정은 변경될 수 있으며, 모든 변경 사항은 사전에 안내드립니다. 여름 프로그램은 단기 운영 수업으로, 보강은 최대 2회로 제한되며 사전 요청이 있고 일정상 가능할 경우에 한해 제공됩니다.

ATTENDANCE, DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Classes begin and end on time. Missed class time due to tardiness does not qualify for make-up time, class extension, or refund. Students may enter the studio beginning 5 minutes before class.

Drop-off: For students in Grade 5 and below, a staff member will be available at the building entrance 5 minutes prior to class to assist with drop-off. Parents may briefly stop at the entrance to drop off their child. At other times, parents/guardians must accompany the student to the studio or ensure they safely reach the studio via elevator.

Pick-up: After class, students will be escorted to the building entrance for pick-up. Pick-up is available for up to 10 minutes after class ends. After that time, parents/guardians are required to come upstairs to pick up their child.

Students must be picked up on time. After the allowed grace period (10 min), a late pick-up fee of $5 per 5 minutes may be charged.

수업은 정해진 시간에 시작하고 종료됩니다. 지각으로 인해 놓친 수업 시간에 대해서는 보충, 시간 연장 또는 환불이 제공되지 않습니다. 학생은 수업 시작 5분 전부터 입실할 수 있습니다.

등원 (Drop-off): 5학년 이하 학생의 경우, 수업 시작 5분 전부터 1층 정문에서 선생님이 대기하며 아이들의 등원을 도와드립니다. 학부모님께서는 정문 앞에 정차 후 아이를 내려주실 수 있습니다. 그 외 시간에는 부모님이 아이와 동행하여 화실로 오시거나, 엘리베이터를 이용하여 안전하게 이동할 수 있도록 지도해 주셔야 합니다.

하원 (Pick-up): 수업 종료 후, 선생님이 학생들을 인솔하여 1층 정문으로 하원시킵니다. 하원은 수업 종료 후 10분 이내에 가능합니다. 이후에는 학부모님께서 직접 화실로 올라오셔서 아이를 픽업해 주셔야 합니다.

학생은 정해진 시간에 하원해야 하며, 허용된 대기 시간 (10분)을 초과할 경우 5분당 $5의 추가 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

MATERIALS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Basic materials are included in the tuition unless otherwise noted. If additional materials are required, parents/guardians will be notified in advance and additional fees may apply.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Items left behind for more than 3 months after withdrawal or program completion may be discarded. Art materials may stain clothing permanently, so students should dress appropriately for class activities.

기본 재료비는 별도 안내가 없는 한 수업료에 포함되어 있습니다. 추가 재료가 필요한 경우 사전에 안내드리며, 별도의 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
개인 소지품은 학생이 직접 관리해야 합니다. 분실, 도난, 파손된 개인 물품에 대해서는 학원에서 책임지지 않습니다. 등록 해지 또는 수업 종료 후 3개월 이상 보관된 물품은 폐기될 수 있습니다. 미술 재료의 특성상 옷이 오염되거나 세탁이 어려울 수 있으니 수업에 적합한 복장을 착용해 주시기 바랍니다.

HEALTH & SPECIAL INFORMATION

Parents/guardians must inform the studio in advance of any medical, behavioral, emotional, or learning needs that may affect the student's participation or safety. Please also notify us in advance if the student is taking any medication that may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or other noticeable side effects.

학생의 참여나 안전에 영향을 줄 수 있는 건강, 행동, 정서, 학습 관련 특이사항이 있는 경우 반드시 사전에 알려주셔야 합니다. 졸음, 어지러움 등 수업 참여에 영향을 줄 수 있는 약을 복용 중인 경우에도 미리 알려주시기 바랍니다.

PARENT/GUARDIAN POLICY

Parents/guardians may not remain in the classroom during instruction unless specifically permitted by the studio. If parent/guardian presence or interruption affects class operations, studio staff may ask the parent/guardian to wait outside the classroom or studio area.

학원의 별도 허용이 없는 한, 학부모 및 보호자는 수업 중 교실에 머무를 수 없습니다. 학부모 또는 보호자의 존재나 개입이 수업 진행에 영향을 줄 경우, 교실 또는 스튜디오 외부에서 대기해 주실 것을 요청드릴 수 있습니다.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

Photos and videos may be taken during class for studio records, student sharing, and promotional use. When used publicly, student faces will be partially obscured or edited as needed.

수업 중 사진 또는 영상이 촬영될 수 있으며, 이는 학원 기록, 학생 공유 및 홍보 목적으로 사용됩니다. 외부 사용 시 학생 얼굴은 일부 가림 처리 또는 편집이 적용됩니다.

RELEASE & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participation in art classes involves ordinary risks, including minor injury, accidental spills, and damage to personal items. By registering, the parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts these ordinary risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio's liability is limited except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

미술 수업 참여에는 경미한 부상, 재료 오염, 개인 물품 손상 등 일반적인 위험이 따를 수 있습니다. 등록 시 학부모 또는 보호자는 이러한 통상적인 위험을 이해하고 이에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
법이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 학원의 책임은 제한되며, 단 중대한 과실, 고의적 위법행위, 또는 법적으로 면제가 허용되지 않는 책임은 제외됩니다.
