All required safety rules must be followed at all times. Students are expected to follow directions, perform to the best of their abilities, and respect others in the class. I. General Rules/기본규칙 All rules must be followed at all times. All students are expected to follow the teacher's instructions, do their best in every task, and respect others in the class. In case of misbehavior, disruption to the class, or failure to follow the rules, parents will be notified, and necessary actions will be taken. Our studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and all instructors have the right to exclude a student from the class depending on the severity of the situation. II. Enrollment / 등록 Limited spots are available for summer special classes on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration requires payment of the first 4 weeks of tuition. Due to the intensive, short-term nature of the program, make-up classes are not offered for absences. 여름 특별 수업은 정원이 제한되어 있어 선착순으로 마감됩니다. 등록은 첫 4주 수업료가 결제되었을 때 완료됩니다. 여름 특별 수업은 단기간 집중 프로그램으로 운영되며, 결석 시 보강 수업은 제공되지 않습니다. III. Tuition / 수업료 The price varies depending on the class type and hour. Robyn Studio reserves the right to cancel any classes. In the event of a class being canceled, full refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 5 days of registration. However, after 5 days of registration, tuition is generally non-refundable for personal reasons. Nevertheless, in the event of unforeseen and significant circumstances such as serious illness of the student or an immediate family member, or unavoidable relocation, which necessitates withdrawal well before the program starts or after minimal participation, a partial refund or studio credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Absences are non-refundable (refer to the Absence Rules). IV. Class Schedule and Attendance / 수업 시간과 출석 Scheduled dates and times for classes may be altered by the studio. All changes will be announced in advance. Children are expected to arrive and leave according to class time. Being late to a class does not extend the class hour. The studio is not responsible for tardiness (extension of class time, tuition fees, etc.). Entry to the studio is allowed starting 5 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive earlier, please wait in the lobby of the studio. 학원 사정에 따라 수업일시가 변동될 수 있습니다. 모든 변경 사항은 사전에 공지됩니다. 수업 시간에 맞추어 아이를 등원, 하원 시켜주시기 바랍니다. 학원은 지각에 대해서 책임지지 않습니다 (수업시간 연장, 수업료 등). 화실 입장은 수업 시작 5분 전부터 가능합니다. 이전에 도착할 경우 화실 로비에서 기다려주세요. Drop Off: A teacher will be waiting at the front for the children for 5 minutes before class begins. Please stop in front and drop off your child. (For children in 5th grade and below only.) At other times, parents should accompany their children to the studio or send them up via the elevator. 수업 시작 전 5분 동안 선생님 한 분이 1층 정문에서 아이들을 기다리고 있습니다. 정문 앞에 정차하신 후 아이를 내려주시기를 바랍니다 (5학년 이하 아이들 한정). 그 외의 시간에는 부모님이 아이와 동행하여 화실로 오시거나 엘리베이터를 태워 올려보내실 수 있습니다. Pick Up: Please pick up your child in the lobby of the studio. If you are unable to come to the studio, please contact us, and we will send your child downstairs. However, for children in 5th grade or below, a teacher will escort them to the first floor. (***Note: This option is available only within 10 minutes after class. After that, parents must come to the studio) 수업이 끝난 후 화실 Lobby에서 아이를 pick up하실 수 있습니다. 화실로 오기 어려운 상황인 경우, 연락을 주시면 아이를 내려보내도록 하겠습니다. 단, 5학년 이하인 경우에는 선생님이 동행하여 1층까지 내려갑니다. (***조건: 연락을 주실 경우, 수업 후 10분까지만 가능. 이후에는 부모님께서 올라오셔야합니다.) Students must be picked up on time. Please call or text in advance if there are any unusual delays. Late Child Pick-up will accrue additional charges after a 10-minute grace period. There will be a charge of $5 for every 5 minutes after the grace period. Parents or guardians must inform the instructor in charge 24 hours before the class if their child is missing the class. Please leave a text message. Service Refusal / 서비스 거부 Our studio strives to provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate reasons, such as serious violation of class rules, disruption of other students' learning, or obstruction of studio operations. VI. Others / 기타 Due to the nature of art classes, children's clothes may get dirty, and some materials may not be washable. Please consider this when choosing attire. Students are expected to provide their own smocks (old, oversized shirts) during each class to protect their clothes. The summer program registration fee includes basic material costs. Additional purchases, if needed (due to depletion, damage, etc.), are the responsibility of the student. Separately, certain classes may require individual supplies, which the student must purchase directly. The studio is not responsible for any lost items and items left unattended for more than 3 months after the suspension of registration. Any student using medications that causes drowsiness, lightheadedness, or disorientation including allergy pills should notify the teaching staff in charge. Special Needs (physical, mental, or emotional) should be brought to the attention of the instructor before registration, in order to provide all of our students with the most effective learning environment at our studio. Parents/guardians may not stay in the classroom during class time. A parent/guardian must not interrupt any lessons without a suitable reason. If a presence of a parent/guardian is judged as a disturbance, the teacher in charge may ask the parent to leave the studio for a better quality of the class. A First Aid Kit is maintained in the studio area. The teaching staff member(s) are responsible for maintaining the kit and keeping it stocked. All kits are easily accessible. The First Aid Kit is intended for First Aid only. 미술 수업의 특성상 아이들의 옷이 더러워질 수 있으며, 재료에 따라 세탁되지 않는 경우도 있습니다. 참고하여 복장에 신경써주시기 바랍니다. 여름방학 특별 수업 등록비에는 기본 재료비가 포함됩니다. 추가 구매가 필요한 경우 (재료 소진, 파손 등) 학생 본인이 부담합니다. 특정 수업의 경우 개별 준비물이 필요하며, 이는 학생 본인이 직접 구매해야 합니다. 모든 분실물과 등록정지 후 3개월 이상 방치 된 물품에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다. 알러지 약등 졸음, 어지러움, 방향 감각을 잃게 하는 약을 사용하는 학생은 미리 고지하여 주시기 바랍니다. 아이에게 특수한 신체적, 정신적, 정서적 요구 사항이 있으면 등록 전 꼭 미리 알려주셔야 합니다. 모든 학생에게 공정하고 효과적인 학습 환경을 제공하기 위함입니다. 학부모 및 보호자는 수업 시간 중 교실에 머무를 수 없습니다. 학부모 및 보호자는 적절한 이유 없이 수업을 중단해서는 안 됩니다. 학부모 및 보호자의 유무가 수업 진행에 장애가 될 경우 담당 교사는 학부모에게 스튜디오 퇴실을 요청할 수 있습니다. 학원에 비치된 구급상자는 누구든 쉽게 이용 할 수 있습니다. 구급상자는 응급 처치 전용입니다. 저희 화실은 모든 학생들에게 안전하고 긍정적인 학습 환경을 제공하기 위해 노력합니다. 따라서, 수업 규칙을 심각하게 위반하거나, 다른 학생들의 학습을 방해하거나, 학원 운영에 지장을 초래하는 경우 등 정당한 사유가 있을 시 서비스 제공을 거부할 수 있습니다. 서비스 거부는 차별적인 이유로 이루어지지 않습니다. VII. Photographs and Video / 사진 및 동영상 촬영 Our students are our best ambassadors and we often photograph and/or video students during the program for promotional purposes without compensation. (face will be blurred/covered). 수업 중 학생들의 모습을 사진 또는 동영상으로 촬영하는 경우가 있습니다. Robyn Studio에서 촬영한 그룹 및 개별 사진과 동영상은 홍보용으로 사용될 수 있습니다. (모든 얼굴은 가림 처리 됩니다) VIII. Waiver Although the safety and well-being of your child is our top priority at Robyn Studio, Robyn Studio, including its owner (Eunji Hwang), volunteers, consultants, and staff, shall be permanently released and held harmless from any injury(ies), claims, and/or any other liability (including lost property) arising from your child's attendance and participation in our services and programs at Robyn Studio. This release applies to damages caused by Robyn Studio's negligence but does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. By signing this waiver form, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robyn Studio from any and all injury(ies), claims, causes of action, and/or any other liability arising from your child’s attendance and participation in our services and programs 1 as mentioned above at Robyn Studio. You further affirm that you understand the contents of this agreement and are free to choose not to participate in said program or make use of said services. By signing this Waiver, you affirm that you have decided to allow your child to participate in programs and services provide 2 d at Robyn Studio with the full knowledge that Robyn Studio shall not be liable to anyone for personal injuries and property damage your child or you may suffer while at Robyn Studio, to the extent permitted by law.
