Monthly Registered Students 1. Long-Term Absence refers to a continuous absence of two weeks or more. 2. Hold Application: Students must complete a hold application form at least one week prior to the start of their leave. 3. Benefit Retention: During the hold period, the student's spot and all current benefits (e.g., discounts) will be maintained. If a student does not return by their promised date, all maintained benefits will be forfeited. 4. Allowed Hold Duration and Deposit: a. Summer Break Period: Long-term absences are permitted for up to 8 weeks. b. Non-Summer Break Period: Long-term absences to retain benefits are allowed once per year, for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 4 weeks. In this case, a 'Spot Retention Deposit' equivalent to one month's tuition must be paid. This deposit will be converted to the first month's tuition upon return. If the student does not return, the deposit will not be refunded. However, in cases of unavoidable special circumstances (medical certificate or other supporting documents required), exceptions may be discussed with the studio. 1-Year Contract Students 1. Allowed Hold Duration: 1-year contract students may apply for a hold ranging from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks per year. (This includes the summer break period, representing the total maximum hold duration per year.) 2. Spot Retention Deposit: For 1-year contract students, the 'Spot Retention Deposit' for non-summer break absences is waived. 3. Consequences of Non-Return: a. If a student does not return by their promised date, all maintained benefits will be forfeited, and the 1-year contract will be automatically terminated. b. In such cases, the paid deposit will not be refunded. c. However, in cases of unavoidable special circumstances (medical certificate or other supporting documents required), exceptions may be discussed with the studio. 월별 등록 학생 장기 휴회의 정의:최소 2주 이상의 연속 결석을 의미합니다. 휴회 신청: 학생은 휴회 시작 최소 일주일 전 반드시 휴회 신청서를 작성해야 합니다. 혜택 유지: 휴회 기간 동안 학생의 좌석 및 현재 받고 있는 모든 혜택(예: 할인)이 유지됩니다. 약속된 복귀 일자에 학생이 돌아오지 않을 경우, 유지되었던 모든 혜택은 소멸됩니다. 휴회 가능 기간 및 보증금: a. 여름방학 기간: 최대 8주까지 장기 휴회가 가능합니다. b. 여름방학 외 기간: 연간 1회, 최소 2주에서 최대 4주까지 휴회가 가능합니다. 이 경우, 한 달치 수업료를 '자리 유지 보증금'으로 납부해야 합니다. 이 보증금은 복귀 시 첫 달 수업료로 전환되며, 복귀하지 않을 경우 반환되지 않습니다. 단, 불가피한 특별 사유(의료 진단서 등 증빙서류 첨부 필수)가 발생할 경우 학원과 상의하여 예외를 적용할 수 있습니다. 1년 계약 학생 휴회 가능 기간: 1년 계약 학생은 연간 최소 2주에서 최대 12주까지 휴회 신청이 가능합니다.
